Lahore: Pakistan has announced a 15-member squad but did not name a captain for next month’s World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies.
Chief selector Mohsin Khan said on Friday that naming a captain “is the domain of the PCB chairman (Ijaz Butt)” who will name the skipper later.
Pakistan cricket plunged into a turmoil earlier in the week when the PCB banned and fined several leading cricketers, including former captains Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf, Shoaib Malik and Shahid Afridi.

This was South Africa’s fist victory over Pakistan in the history of international hockey.

Lahore: Pakistani cricket on Wednesday marked the first anniversary of a devastating attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team, searching for a revival of fortune and path out of isolation.
